We went to Tampines Chang Kat Community Club for a coffee appreciation class today. We learn that there are two species of commerically grown coffee: Arabica and Robusta. We also learn that all the coffee drinks are made from expresso as a base, adding frothy milky and flavourings for drink coffee drinks. Very nice lesson! We took home notes, coffee powder and a small bottle of flavoring!
The instructors even make patterns on the coffee froth, mainly just by pouring!
