Central

I went to Central (中环) with citysea today. Been wanting to try it out but the queue is always very long. Today's queue is surprisingly short. Wanted to eat Durian Fried Rice, but no more. Drink Coke with Ginger but a bit disappointed with the plain taste.

Thousand Layer Pork Floss Doufu. Must Try! (But hor, only got five layers :P)
Crispy Beef Hor Fun (Really!)
The Hor Fun and the beef are inside the springroll like skin. Very unique, but not very crispy, need a lot of jaw muscle to finish it.
